PRICING: The prices prevailing at the time of shipment will apply on all orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. Possession of TKO catalogs, product sheets and/or price lists does not constitute an offer. TKO reserves the right to reject any order.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT TERMS: Pre-paid at time of order. We accept Cash, Cashier Check/Money Order, Visa, and MasterCard. A 15% handling charge will be imposed on canceled orders. NO COD Charges will be accepted.

SHIPPING TERMS: All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse. Orders shipped common carrier with "dock to dock" offloading. Offloading and/or inside delivery may require an additional charge. Please specify your requirements when placing your order. TKO will ship all orders "freight collect" unless otherwise noted.  Orders shipped "pre-paid" must be paid before shipping.

SHORTAGES/DAMAGES: Each shipment is carefully counted and inspected before leaving our facilities. Please inspect each shipment on receipt of merchandise, noting any discrepancy on the carrier's freight bill at time of delivery. Discrepancies or damages, which occur in transit, are the carrier's responsibility and claim should be made immediately to the carrier. Claims for shortages must be filed within (7) days from the time the shipment is received. If authorization is obtained, customer will return all products pre-paid to 7354 Denny Rd., Houston, TX 77040. Under no circumstances will TKO accept any merchandise returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

WARRANTY: TKO guarantees all products from the date of shipment to be free of material defects or workmanship. TKO assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage by or through the use of products sold by TKO Sports Group, Inc. TKO will repair or replace any products under warranty that can be shown to have broken, provided it is returned to TKO inspection. Warranties are void if products show signs of abuse. Warranties are void if, dumbbells, barbells, and bars are used in areas where there is no floor protection. Using this equipment in concreted areas voids warranty. Dumbbells showing signs of being dropped are not covered. Dumbbells showing signs of rubber splitting caused by rubber dumbbells hitting steel on racks will not be covered by warranty. Power bars showing signs of abuse from being dropped will not be covered. All warranties will be honored as long as we have prior inspection of the product before replacement. The foregoing limited warranties do not cover paint, coatings, equipment altered without the express written consent of TKO, or damage caused to the equipment by carrier, misuse, abuse, improper installation or improper maintenance.
